As part of the STP 2025, Dar-ul-Madinah successfully conducted the Train the Trainer (TTT) Program for the Punjab region, training 120 teachers (16 Islamic Brothers in in-person sessions at Faizan-e-Madinah, Islamabad, and 104 Islamic Sisters online).
Focused on equipping nominated educators with essential training skills and leadership qualities, the program addressed core areas such as

• Crafting effective training experiences
• Principles of adult learning
• Trainer styles
• Tackling common training challenges

The training used a dynamic mix of lectures, breakout activities, participant-led presentations, and peer feedback, leading to high engagement and enthusiasm from attendees.

Participants will apply their training by conducting three campus-based sessions, ensuring a ripple effect of continuous professional development and academic excellence throughout Punjab.
