The Training, Development and Monitoring (TDM) Department was established to enhance the professional and pedagogical skills of our school faculty and administrative staff. The department regularly conducts from need-based training programs to workshops on pedagogical skills, equipping staff and faculty with modern tools and techniques to optimise classroom instruction and strengthen the overall functionality of the school system.
Another key function of this department is the monitoring and evaluation of classroom instructional practices, as well as ensuring fairness and academic integrity during examinations.
