Dar-ul-Madinah proudly completed the Train the Trainer (TTT) Program 2025 in the Sindh region as part of the Summer Training Program (STP) 2025 initiative. The program empowered 56 nominated teachers (14 Islamic Brothers and 42 Islamic Sisters) through a blended approach of in-person sessions at the DM Head Office, Karachi, and online training via MS Teams. The program aimed to develop skilled campus trainers with practical knowledge of adult learning and effective training techniques aligned with Islamic values. Key topics included

• Crafting effective training experiences
• Principles of adult learning
• Trainer styles
• Tackling common training challenges

The sessions involved interactive lectures, group discussions, participant presentations, and hands-on activities. Participants highly appreciated the engaging and Shariah-compliant content, with many motivated to lead future training on their campuses.

Ongoing follow-up requires trainees to conduct campus-level sessions, fostering sustainable teacher development and strengthening Dar-ul-Madinah’s academic teams in Sindh.
