Both father and mother are advised to supply the school with a current mobile phone number. SMS contact is invaluable for many obvious reasons. Mother shall provide the contact number to principal (Nazima) of respective campus. Father shall contact with the Intizami Umoor Zimmedar (administration in-charge) of campus.
First aid is provided for minor injuries but parents will be contacted when the injury or illness requires further attention. Parents are encouraged to keep sick children at home for proper care.
If a student gets absent without information for three consecutive days in a month, his/her admission will be cancelled. Parents are requested to submit application for approval of leaves to Nazim/Nazima of respective campus. After submission of application, parents will be required to obtain feedback regarding approval/disapproval of application.
Please note that readmissions are subjected to availability of seats in respective campus. Father/male guardian of Madani child will be required to travel with Madani Qafilah for three days. Madani Tarbiyat Gah of respctive Kabinah will issue a token to certify the travel. In case readmission is applied for the second time, father/male guardian of respective Madani child will have to travel with Madani Qafilah for 12 days. Again, Madani Tarbiyat Gah of respective Kabinah will issue a token to certify the travel. Applications without Qafilah token will not be entertained.

Dar-ul-Madinah offers education to the Madani children of both genders under a single roof, but there is a separate arrangement of classrooms for boys and girls from pre-primary to class 2.
